We are Tommy and Laurene, and we have photographed weddings together since 2014. After all these years we can read each other across a room without saying a word, which means two perspectives on your Bangor wedding and a team that really works together, working as one.
The two people you chat to when you first get in touch are the two people who turn up on your wedding day. Whether your ceremony is at the Bangor Castle registry office or at a hotel such as Clandeboye Lodge, there is never a second shooter and never a handover to someone else.
We photograph your getting ready, your first look at each other and your portraits, always in a natural, unposed way.
While one of us is with you, the other is watching your partner's reaction, your parents and your guests, which is where so many of the best moments happen.

Mostly quietly watching
Most of your day is spent capturing it as it happens, and only a small part is spent borrowing you away from your guests. Here is roughly how we split a full day of documentary wedding photography.
From the morning prep to the dancing, no staging, no interrupting and no asking anyone to do that hug again. Two of us means we catch the moments you see and plenty of the ones you miss.
The only time we borrow you. Thirty minutes, a short walk and a bit of good light is all it takes, with no stiff posing, just the two of you getting a breather together.
Quick, organised and painless. We keep group photos moving so everyone important is in the gallery and back with the guests before they know it.

Where are the best places for wedding photos in Bangor?
It depends on your ceremony and your timings. Bangor Castle and its walled garden are lovely, Crawfordsburn Country Park gives you woodland and a beach, and the seafront, the marina and the shoreline by Royal Ulster Yacht Club suit relaxed, natural portraits. Some locations need permission, so we talk it through with you in advance.
Do I need two photographers for my Bangor wedding?
You do not have to choose, because both Tommy and Laurene photograph every wedding. While one of us photographs you, the other is watching your partner's reaction and your guests. Those are the moments couples treasure most, and they are only possible with two photographers.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Rain is part of life in Northern Ireland, so we always plan for it. Many of our favourite photographs were taken under cloud. At Scarlett and Owen's Royal Ulster Yacht Club wedding the sky threatened rain all afternoon, and those grey skies gave us some of the softest light of the year. We will help you find sheltered spots at your venue for portraits, whatever the weather does.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your date is confirmed. Popular dates, especially Fridays and Saturdays in summer, can fill up a long way in advance, though we do sometimes have last minute availability. Send us a quick message on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away if we are free.
Will you photograph a small or micro wedding in Bangor?
Absolutely. We love small weddings, from a ceremony with just the two of you and two witnesses to a day with close family. Have a look at our micro wedding packages.
Do you photograph weddings outside Bangor?
Yes. We photograph weddings all over Northern Ireland and Ireland, so if your venue is somewhere else, get in touch and tell us where. A travel supplement applies to venues outside Northern Ireland.
When will we get our photographs?
Your gallery is delivered within six weeks of your wedding, with high resolution downloads and a print shop. If you cannot wait, our fast edit add on guarantees your photos within 10 days for an extra £400.
Are there photography rules for a Bangor Castle ceremony?
Rules for registry office ceremonies are set by the registration service, and they can change, so please check with them when you book your date. We will talk you through anything that affects your photographs when you enquire.
